Warrant of Arrest against Most Wanted Person Regional Level served in Batangas City

Batangas Police Provincial Office, Provincial Director, PCOL PEDRO D SOLIBA commends Batangas City Police Station under the supervision of PLTCOL DWIGHT F FONTE JR., Chief of Police for the successful service of warrant against Most Wanted Person, Regional Level at about 11:55 am of January 17, 2023 at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Brgy. San Jose Sico, Batangas City.

The accused was identified as John Alfred Ilagan y M.N.U. alyas 'Dalani', 22 years old, single, laborer, native and a resident of this City.

The arrest of Ilagan was made possible through the information provided by Warrant operatives of Batangas CPS, that above-named accused is presently detained at BJMP Batangas City for the crime of Violation section 5 and 11 of RA 9165.

Wasting no time, the operatives served him the Warrant of Arrest for the crime of violation of section 5 and 11 of RA 9165 by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by RTC Branch 7 Batangas City dated January 12, 2023 with no bail recommended. The accused was retained at BJMP, San Jose, Sico Batangas City.
