Batangas PNP Continuously Conduct “OPLAN Linis” in Affected Towns in Batangas
Joint PNP personnel from Batangas PPO PHQ, 3rd Maneuver Platoon, 1st Batangas PMFC, and Agoncillo Municipal Police Station have been deployed to undertake clean-up drive dubbed as “OPLAN Linis” in Agoncillo Central School and Barigon Elementary School which started at about 8:30AM this morning, February 12, 2020.
The clean-up drive was initiated by the Batangas PPO Provincial Director, PCOL EDWIN A QUILATES which began in Talisay, Batangas. After 2 weeks in Talisay town, the augmentation PNP personnel from the Provincial headquarters moved to Agoncillo with the aim of helping other towns affected by the Taal Volcano eruption. However, local police force of Talisay MPS will still push through helping other schools in Talisay. “Our police will consistently engage in this kind of activity to help the schools in preparing for the resume of classes", PCOL QUILATES said. ###batangaspnppio
