Rank 5, Most Wanted Person Regional Level, Arrested by San Juan MPS

The Batangas PNP under PCOL REX ARVIN TORRES MALIMBAN, Provincial Director, in its intensified Anti-Criminality operations arrested the top 5 Most Wanted Person Regional Level in Manhunt Charlie and Rank 1 of San Juan Mps,Batangas PPO  in Manhunt Charlie and Rank 2 in LAMBAT-SIBAT.

Rico Espinas Mission alias " Rico" was arrested at about 10:00 PM of August 15, 2020 in Brgy. Tejero, Rosario, Cavite by joint personnel of San Juan MPS  led by PMAJ MARLON C CABATAÑA , ACOP,  RID 4A, RIU-4A, PIU-Batangas, RMFB-3rd MC-Batangas, HPG and CIDG Batangas by virtue of WOA with CC# 2020-3880 for the crime of RAPE issued by Hon Judge Rosemarie J Manalang Austria of RTC Br 87 Rosario, Batangas dated  February 10, 2020 with NO BAIL RECOMMENDED. Suspect was apprised of his constitutional rights and brought to San Juan MPS for proper disposition. This is in line with the directives of our Regional Director PRO4A PBGEN VICENTE DUPA DANAO JR in the fight of all forms of criminality particularly in the campaign against MWP.
